Blue Cave and Hvar with Gray Line

Gray Line Croatia sends 12-seat speedboats on the full Biševo, Vis and Hvar loop, with an English-speaking captain and crew. Pick it if you want the whole boat for your own group: the private option takes 1 to 12 people.

Blue Cave & Hvar Small-Group Speedboat

About this experience

Gray Line Croatia runs the standard route: an hour at the Blue Cave, an hour in Komiža, 15 minutes at the limestone caves, a 30-minute swim at Stiniva, 75 minutes at Veliki Budikovac, 15 minutes at the Pakleni islands and two hours in Hvar town. The day lasts 10 to 10.5 hours. Check-in is 30 minutes before departure, and from 1 April to 15 May and in October the start is 8:00 a.m.

The meeting point depends on the option you book, and drop-off is at Obala Lazareta 3 in Split or Ulica Blaža Jurjeva Trogiranina 1 in Trogir. What sets it apart is the private option: one boat for 1 to 12 people, same route, your own pace. Compare it with Toto Travel's private boat before you book.

Inclusions are lean: speedboat, captain and crew, snorkel gear, insurance, life jackets and a bottle of water. The cave ticket is extra, in cash on site: EUR 18 from 1 April to 19 June, EUR 24 from 20 June to 10 September, EUR 18 from 11 September to 31 October. Bring lunch money for Hvar too.

  • Bring water and a packed lunch if you want to skip the Hvar restaurants: only one bottle of water is included.
  • Have euros ready for the cave. There is no card machine on Biševo.
